Interiors that are a joy to live and work in, and a pleasure to visit.
Josephine Marshall is a co-founder of the iconic retail business, one Rundle Trading Co. With her sister Amanda Swale they began trading from one Rundle St Kent Town in 2001. Josephine has been creating beautiful interiors for clients since then. Her motto has always been “anything but ordinary” and this has become the hall-mark of her elegant, classic, sometimes unexpected Interiors. They are always memorable and inviting, but above all beautiful to experience.
For Homeowners
Josephine has received a number of industry awards, her projects have appeared in National and local publications, and most importantly she has been fortunate to develop long lasting relationships with her wonderful Clients and the brilliant artisans and tradespeople she works with.
Josephine loves to work closely with her clients, to identify their aspirations and dreams for their home and their lifestyle. She relishes the opportunity to apply her significant experience and her design eye to their project and to partner with her Clients to create an Interior which will be “anything but ordinary”.
For Businesses
Josephine has been entrusted with a number of significant Interiors projects for commercial Clients.
She has collaborated with her brilliant Clients and gifted architects, builders and landscapers to create remarkable spaces. The businesses have included; retail, hospitality venues, medical practices, professional offices and accommodation providers, in historic buildings and new build premises.
Her commercial Interiors have been recognised with Awards from the Building Industry and numerous Industry Bodies.
Josephine understands that surroundings have tremendous power to influence how Businesses conduct their activities and how they are experienced by clients and stake holders. Practicality and pragmatism is never compromised, but the Commercial Interiors she creates are still classic, timeless and memorable. in fact, “anything but ordinary”.
