Client Brief
The extensive restoration of an early sandstone house in the Clare Valley to create a memorable Air BnB with an authentic South Australian bush aesthetic.
Instructions to double the floor plan of the existing house to create four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living and dining area with a chef's kitchen, butler’s pantry and separate laundry
To optimise all outcomes within a strict commercial budget and ensure the Airbnb was lettable in time for the opening of the adjacent distillery
Outcome
The project was delivered on time and within budget and is recognised as a distinctive Clare Valley Interior.
A very successful and close collaboration between our client (a professional photographer) and our Team to ensure our client’s ideas were celebrated, incorporated and elevated.
