Client Brief

  1. The comprehensive restoration and restyling of an historic building to repurpose it as a high-end wellness centre 

  2. To ensure the building and interiors were recognisably 19th Century but beautifully functional as a contemporary spa.

  3. Incorporating; treatment rooms, a yoga studio, saunas, an ice bath, a magnesium bath and a cafe

Outcome

  1. A nationally celebrated and awarded spa 

  2. Beautiful, serene interiors whilst providing optimal space for a comprehensive suite of spa treatments 

  3. An uncompromising renovation and fit out which remained within budget
