Alongside our curated selection of antiques, we’re delighted to offer a growing collection of distinctive inventory pieces available for purchase.

We will continue to expand this collection, but currently we are proud to have two iconic one Rundle pieces available — our Emu Eggs and Banksia Pods. If you visited us in Dulwich, you will have seen these striking decorative pieces featured in the store.

Both sculptural and versatile, they work beautifully across commercial and residential projects — whether as statement styling pieces, textural accents, or layered into a broader design scheme.

Emu Eggs

Grouped emu eggs (including the egg I was given by my grandmother when I was 10 - Phylis has a lot to answer for…. ).

The emu egg is one of Australia’s most striking natural forms — sculptural, richly coloured, and beautifully tactile.

Fun Fact : an emu egg was the 1st thing one Rundle Trading Co ever sold on our brand new website in 2006.

Banksia Pods

Banksia Pods have found their way into a number of carefully considered one Rundle interiors.
They’ve been discreetly installed in commercial spaces including private rooms at Penfolds’ Magill Estate and Kalimna Homestead, with others placed at Davaar on Hutt Street and Still House in Clare.

Residential projects haven’t been immune either — they tend to become a permanent fixture.
